A halfway house for crops and meat, transformed into an opulent Mallorcan townhouse. This 1910 build becomes at its core, a reflection of the beauty of restorative design.

Toned down art deco meets a strong Mallorcan heritage to create a space successfully inciting both rustic grandeur and familial comfort. Dramatic shapes created with natural materials and an earthy palette feature both inside and out, all whilst maintaining the utilitarian roots of the house.

Camp Roig is decorated with antique delights, from the two 100 year old stone fireplaces to intricate wooden carvings, and bathrooms adorned with walnut and Italian travertine . And beyond, an airy roofed terrace with arched openings to the private expansive backyard and mountain views.
